01 THE STORE

We started as a select shop.

In 2017, we opened a street-focused select shop in Taipei. First came TPAC. Then K_PANDA SELECT.

Two stores, eight years, countless brands moving through our hands. We saw plenty of real quality. We also saw plenty of garbage wearing good-design's clothing.

Day after day, one thing became clear:

Good design and high quality were never the reason things cost so much. The market just agreed to mark them up.

Why does a truly good product have to be priced like a luxury? Why does top-tier design always have to sit behind 3× the price?

The more we looked, the less we accepted it.

02 THE TURN

If the market wouldn't do it — we would.

This is the moment PAKLAB turned from a select shop into a brand incubator.

We started building what we ourselves wanted to buy, but couldn't find on the market. We took the visual force of luxury, the material standard of premium, and the design language of top-tier streetwear — and compressed it all into a price real people could afford.

This isn't compromise. This is dimensional warfare — against the entire market.
03 THE PARTNER

A top creator walked in as a customer.

The belief didn't stay on the shelves.

A top-tier creator holding massive market influence walked in as our customer — and walked out as our partner. They saw what we were doing in our product; we saw what they were trying to build in their work.

An instant match.

So we pushed it to a new scale: combining their influence with our operational depth to launch a streetwear brand at a spec the market hasn't seen — premium materials, top-tier design, street-level pricing.

It's still under NDA. We can't name it yet. But when the time comes, the market will see it for itself.

04 THE RECEIPTS

What we've built since 2017.

8 brands running simultaneously — 4 public (TPAC, K_PANDA, KASAO MADE, INVICTUS), 4 under NDA.

9-figure combined annual revenue (NTD).

Full-chain, in-house capability — naming, identity, visual, photography, strategy, e-commerce, manufacturing, shipping. Not outsourced. Not diluted.

Shadow operator for top creators and major enterprises. Many of the high-spec collaborations, limited drops, and brand crossovers you've seen in the market are our work — executed quietly under NDA.

05 THE CULTURE

We don't trust traditional org charts.

To do what we do, we can't run this place on SOPs or rigid hierarchies.

PAKLAB has no rigid management layers. The rule here is simple:

A good idea plus strong execution equals authority.

Completely flat. Titles don't decide influence. The person making things better gets to speak.

Fast pace, high standard. We don't burn hours in meetings, but every ship is at the highest spec.

Founders are Slack-reachable. If your idea makes the product better or moves the brand further, we want you to interrupt.

Positions shape around ability. We don't grow titles. We grow operators — you play at whatever level you're actually capable of.
